Automation becomes more and more general nowadays. IT companies are striving to propose their solutions. Commonly they are very attractive and have lots of positive features, but it is only the first view. Having assumed all the factors for and against the usage of such programs, I arrive at conclusion that there are 5 reasons for the businessman not to utilize stuff management programs.

Reason 1: It is not a freeware soft. That is impossible to search out the free employee management software. The setting up fee is not the full charge, you may have to pay for support, maintenance and updates. Most of people simply do not pay attention to the price of this kind of software. Do not pay for any software if you know that its benefits are not worthy of it.
