Unjust rivalry on the telecommunication facilities market

In 2007 IDT/UTA (Union Telecard Alliance) commenced a suit against several companies-providers of prepaid phone cards alleging erroneous advertising and deceptive trade operations.

In November 2007 Total Call International, Inc. and IDT/UTA have reached a complete resolution of the lawsuit delivered by IDT Telecom, Inc. and Union Telecard Alliance, LLC versus Total Call. That is the fourth group of defendants that have settled the litigation initiated by IDT/UTA. Today there is a list of another defendants comprises about six corporations and some of them are: Epana Networks Inc., Dollar Phone Corp., etc.. IDT/UTA's suit against the residuary defendants is still persisting in federal tribunal in Newark, New Jersey. Lately I have found an article on one of telephone card related websites where a softswitch developer demoed his project.
