There are three kinds of human interactions: conversational, transactional and collaborative.

If you care to make the right choice about your software technology, you have to understand the differences that exist between those interactions.

Conversational interaction is about finding unfamiliar data or creating relationships. An instance of a transactional interaction is when you get into the supermarket and change your money for groceries.

Interactions of collaboration are organized in such a way that the key purpose of the participants is to introduce changes into the collaboration substance from what used to be unfixed and immaterial, for instance, an idea, into a useful solution, for instance a design solution.

Teamwork software is considered to be one type of groupware categories that make it easier for people share information and work as a team on projects.

Its powerful usefulness allows users to manage action plans, exchange documents, be updated on projects, supervise schedules, automate business processes, be duely reminded of any tasks and things they are involved in. There are a number of ways in which this software can be very useful: scheduling events, documents and projects, facilitating business processes and coordinating work of two or more business units or even companies.
